SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation to the shipping address the customer provides on the Curly Temple checkout page. Please note that while the standard USPS Priority Mail delivery schedule is 2-3 business days, this is provided as an estimate only, it is not a guarantee. Please contact USPS or your local post office to verify their Priority Mail policy. Priority Mail deliveries may be substantially delayed during the holiday season. USPS does not deliver mail on Federal holidays or when Post Offices are closed due to national disasters or inclement weather.
USPS Priority Mail now offers limited insurance coverage against loss or damage. In order to keep customer shipping costs down, shipments are not automatically insured for more than 50.00. Curly Temple is not responsible for events outside of our control such as packages damaged, lost, tampered with, rifled through or misdirected by USPS or stolen by a third party after delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not guarantee results as hair and skin can respond differently to different products. If you are unsure of how a product will work, order a sample first if available. The ingredients in our products are posted on our website. It is up to the customer to avoid ingredients they may be allergic to or sensitive to. Please make sure you are not allergic to or sensitive to any ingredient in our products before purchasing. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges and only issue refunds under the following conditions. Orders are shipped to the shipping address the customer submits on the Curly Temple checkout page. It's the customers responsibility to insure that all of the information submitted on the checkout page is correct.
